Team Rocket invades Azalea Town and takes over the Slowpoke Well, in order to acquire the Slowpoke's valuable tails, which they plan to sell on the blackmarket (in order to raise the funds to keep their organization going, as well as for their own selfish greed).
Kurt is a helper. When he tries to defeat the Team Rocket grunt, he falls down the well. The player must then continue down into the well and defeat the Team Rocket Grunts and rescue the Slowpokes.
