Route 230 is the final numbered route in Battle Zone near Sinnoh. On the Fight Area side of this route, there is a berry patch

on land. The player is prevented from surfing across the route until the player has visited the Battle Frontier. On water, there are many rocks and Trainers, and in the center of Route 230, there is an island with many items and the possibility of capturing a Togepi using the Poké Radar. In addition, Corsola can be found swarming here.
