Sinister Woods (あやしい もり, Dubious Forest) is the fourth dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team & Blue Rescue Team. It consists of 13 floors, and is mainly inhabited by Bug and Grass Pokémon. There are no monster houses, shops, or traps in this dungeon.

Sinister Woods is traversed due to the disappearance of Metapod, a friend of Caterpie (who applied for a rescue). However, at the end of the dungeon, Team Meanies, who raced the team to rescue Metapod, challenged them to a fight.

Status ailments are common in Sinister Woods due to the high quantity of Bug Pokémon, so it is advised to bring berries for healing afflictions of poison or paralysis.
