==Plot==
The mission here is that [[Caterpie]] needs your help-its friend, [[Metapod]], needs some rescuing. You're a full-fledged rescue team now, so go and do your stuff. This will be he first time you meet up with Team Meanies as an opposition force, so be ready. Make your way over to 13F, where you will have to fight those Meanies. There are Gummis galore in this section as well, so make sure to eat as many as your Pokemon type allows.

A major problem you may find in Sinister Woods is definitely the abundance of status abnormalities. Bring along berries that heal poison and paralysis conditions. If you let the Pokemon in you party hold the items and the Master IQ skill is activated, then they will automatically heal when afflicted.
