[[Category:Fire-type Pokémon]][[Category:Generation V Pokémon]] [[Category:Red Pokémon]]Simisear (Japanese: バオッキー Baokkie) is a Pokémon that was first introduced in the fifth generation games Pokemon Black and White. Simisear is one of the three wise monkeys.

Appearance

Simisear, as one of the three wise monkeys, is reddish in color and unlike its pre-evolution, Pansear, it carries more hair atop its head, resembing flames. Its arms protrude from shoulders that are covered in fur that looks like clouds. It has a tail resembling smoke with a pointed end. Its belly is mostly yellowish-khaki except for around its waist, where it becomes red again with a triangle design as the border.

Evolution

Simisear is the evolved form of Pansear by use of a Fire Stone.

Trivia

  • Simisear, along with Simisage and Simipour and their respective pre-evolutions are the only Pokémon able to get the abilities solely used by the starter Pokémon. Simisear gains the ability Blaze, previously only attained by Fire-type starters.
  • Chili's hairstyle slightly resembles that of Simisear's.
