Silver Wind is a Bug-type Move introduced in Generation III. In Generation IV, it can be learned from TM62. In Generation V, Silver Wind is replaced with Acrobatics (TM62).

Description

The foe is attacked with powdery scales blown by wind. It may also raise all the user's stats. (Gen. IV)
The user nimbly strikes the target. If the user is not holding an item, this attack inflicts massive damage. (Gen V)

Effect

Silver Wind has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by one stage each.

In the Mystery Dungeon series, Silver Wind hits all the enemy Pokémon in the room and if it's stat raising effect is activated, it raises stats by one level up to the number of targets hit.
