Biography
Shinko seemed to be confusing girl when Dawn met her. She had difficulty in choosing starter. But after seeing Dawn's attitude, she decided to choose Chimchar. Shinko was attacked by the group of Ariados as same as Dawn but finally she built confidence and managed to get out of it, believing in her Pokemon.
