A Shadow Pokémon is a Pokémon, who's heart has been closed. They were only found in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. In Pokémon Colosseum, there were 48 of these. In both, you capture them from other Trainers using the Snag Machine. Shadow Pokemon know special moves that no other Pokemon can learn, such as Shadow Rush. However, when purified, they relearn their regular moves.Once you get your partner, Later in the game, She will spot Shadow Pokemon.
