Servine is a Grass-type Generation V Pokemon which will appear in Pokemon Black and White games. It is the Grass Snake Pokemon. It evolves from Snivy and its evolution is Serperior. It evolves from Snivy at level 17, like all other starters from Pokemon Black and White.
Appearance
Similar to its pre-evolution Snivy, Servine is primarily green with a cream-colored underside. It has a yellow collar-like structure that starts at the chest and proceeds behind the shoulders giving it the appearance of wings. Three palmate leaves grow along its back and tail. Servine has four short limbs and a small crest protruding from the back of its head. It also has small leaf like hands by it's cream colored underside.

A Servine appeared in episode 4 off Pokemon Best Wishes, it was battling a Dewott and was defeated despite the type advantage. Another Servine appears in episode 12 off Black and White under the control off Ash's rival, Shooti. It defeated Ash's Pikachu but was infatuated by Ash's Snivy.

Trivia
- Servine's name may come from 蛇 jan meaning snake, and canopy.
- Servine was first seen on beta art of the Best Wishes series, along with Futachimaru, Koromori, and Axew. On September 1st 2010, an image containing all of the evolutions of the starter Pokιmon was shown on a Japanese forum. It was officially revealed on the October issue of Coro Coro on September 11, 2010.
