Seafoam Islands is a location Articuno is native to in the Kanto region games. In Generation II, Blaine was forced to move his gym here due to a volcano that grew on Cinnabar Island. Pokémon here include Seel, Dewgong, Golbat, Psyduck, and Golduck.
