Sabrina's father is a character appearing in Pokémon: Indigo League.
Biography
Season 1: Indigo League
He came to warn Ash not to enter Sabrina's gym. When Sabrina turned Ash, Brock and Misty smaller as a part of her dollhouse, the man appeared to take them away from being crushed by a ball. When Ash showed resistance to his psychic powers, the man advised him to go to Lavender Town and get a ghost-type Pokémon.
Later, when Ash returned to challenge Sabrina once more, Haunter disappeared and the man rescued him again, then told that Sabrina's history. When Ash fought Sabrina the last time, Haunter appeared and entertained Sabrina, which made her father happy and he cancelled the battle, giving Ash the badge he needed.
