Roxie's Koffing is a Koffing belonging to Roxie of the Virbank City Gym. Roxie caught it while on tour in Kanto. It was proven to be quite the powerhouse, taking out Ash's Boldore and Unfezant, before being defeated by Ash's Leavanny.
