Roost (はねやすめ Feather Rest) is a Flying-type move introduced in Generation IV that restores up to half of the user's HP.

EffectEdit

In BattleEdit

The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user's HP by up to half of its max HP. Flying duel-type users also lose the Flying type status on the turn it is used. In other words, the user will gain some resistance to Ice, Electric, and Rock moves, lose some resistance to Grass, Bug, and Fighting moves, and become susceptible to Ground moves.

Super ContestsEdit

Increased Voltage is added to the performance score.

TriviaEdit

  • This is one of the few moves Arceus can not learn by level up or TM.
