Roost (はねやすめ Feather Rest) is a Generation IV that restores up to half of the user's HP.

In Battle
The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user's HP by up to half of its max HP. Flying duel-type users also lose the Flying type status on the turn it is used. In other words, the user will gain some resistance to Ice, Electric, and Rock moves, lose some resistance to Grass, Bug, and Fighting moves, and become susceptible to Ground moves.

Trivia
