Rock Slide is a Rock-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM48 in Generation I. It returned as a TM as of Generation IV, albeit as TM80.

Description

Games Description
GSC An attack that may cause flinching.
RSE Large boulders are hurled. May cause flinching.
FRLG Large boulders are hurled at the foe. It may make the foe flinch.
DPPtHGSS Large boulders are hurled at the foe to inflict damage. It may also make the target flinch.
BWB2W2 Large boulders are hurled at the opposing team to inflict damage. They may also make the targets flinch.
XYORAS Large boulders are hurled at the opposing Pokémon to inflict damage. This may also make the opposing Pokémon flinch.

Effect

In Battle

Rock Slide does damage and has a 30% chance to make the target flinch. In a Double Battle, Rock Slide targets both foes. In a Triple Battle, Rock Slide only targets adjacent foes.
