He was first seen in the episode 'Win, Lose, or Drew!'. He was in all of the Hoenn Grand Festival episodes during only a couple of scenes. He took home the Ribbon Cup in the last episode 'Rhaspody in Drew' when he defeated Drew.

In the last episode he was shown to help Ash's Snorunt evolve into a Glalie. This happened after Team Rocket decided to steal his identity.

		Robert's Milotic first appeared in Win Lose or Drew where it defeated Drew's Roselia. It was also used in the Hoenn Grand Festival, notably defeating Drew's Flygon and Masquerain with help from Claydol. Milotic's known moves are Safeguard, Iron Tail and Twister.
