Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Platinum: In Pastoria City, there is a house west of the Pokemart where a girl will give you a rare berry once a day. If you're lucky, the girl will give you a Passho Berry.
Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver: Sometimes, your mom will send you 5 Passho Berries if you allow her to spend the money you keep with her.
