Return is a move with a 100 accuracy, it's a Normal type attack , it's power depends on the friendship with his or her trainer, if there is a high friendship, this attack will have more power, if there isn't a lot of friendship it's power will be less, in this case Frustration will work better, but if you have the Pokémon for a long time, Return is better.

Check your Pokémon Friendship with the Poketech app Friendship app given in the Pokémon Center in Eterna City. To increase give the Pokémon the Soothe Bell, put it at the first position of your party and battle, also giving items like Zinc increases friendship and some Pokémon evolves when they have a good friendship.
