Resort Area is located in the Battle Zone sub-region near Sinnoh. If the player fishes in Pokémon Platinum, Levels 1-100 Magikarp can be found. Its the only part of the Battle Zone that doesn't have a Poké Mart. Here, the Villa exclusive to Pokémon Platinum can be found and the Ribbon Syndicate can be found here. The only item found in this area is the Nugget. The Resort Area, along with all of the other small towns in the Battle Area, has been redesigned in Pokemon Platinum.
