The Relocator is an unlockable main menu option in Black and White. It's described as a machine that will swiftly fetch a special Pokémon or item by connecting to a special network. You can unlock it by going upstairs in a Name Rater building in Castelia City. The building is located to the right before Route 4. Then, go to the elevator. There, you'll find a scientist who asks for a password. The password is:

After you enter the password, you'll need to save, and reset the DS. And the Relocator will be on the menu where you load your game.
