The Red Card (レッドカード, Red Card) is a held in-battle effect item that was introduced in Generation V. The Red Card removes the opponent's Pokémon from battle and switches it with a random Pokémon in the party if the holder is attacked. It can be bought for 32 BP at the Battle Subway.
