A Razor Claw is an item introduced in Generation IV that is a sharply hooked claw that increases its holder's critical-hit ratio. It is required for Sneasel to evolve into Weavile. Sneasel will evolve into weavile when it levels up between 8:00 and 4:00 (according to system time set on DS). When Sneasel evolves into Weavile you lose the razor claw, so use it wisely!
