Ransei

Ransei (Japanese: ランセ地方 Ranse-chihō) is the name of the region that Pokémon Conquest's storyline is situated in. It is said to be similar to feudal Japan. There are 17 castles in the region, each with a leader that must be defeated to conquer the castle. In the Ransei region they call these leaders warlords.

Trivia

  • Ransei's land form is shaped like Arceus.
    • This may be because Arceus is the one who created Ransei to begin with.
  • Ransei is the only region in which humans are known to "transform" to become more powerful in a manner similar to the evolution of their Pokémon partners.
