Rainer is a trainer that appeared in IL040: The Battling Eevee Brothers along with his brothers Sparky, Pyro and Mikey. He pressured Mikey into evolving his Eevee into a Vaporeon, but after the battle with Team Rocket, and when Mikey said he wanted to be an Eevee trainer he said that if he felt that way about it he sould have told them.
