Season 2: Adventures in the Orange Islands

Quincy was an eccentric Pokémon Watcher specialazing in Magikarp. Tracey listened to his studies and found out many facts about Magikarp. With Tracey's help, Quincy analyzed Magikarp's evolution into Gyarados, being closer to the Magikarp evolution secret.
