Puka is a Pikachu owned by Victor, a surfer, that appeares in The Pi-Kahuna. It is a unique Pikachu that can predict when perfect swells for surfing will form. This power has caused Puka's eyes to turn blue. His owner, Victor, rescued Puka from the sea and took him in. After meeting Ash and his friends, Puka uses his powers to help Victor ride the Humunga Dunga, a huge wave that has only had one surfer.
