Psycho Boost (サイコ ブースト Psychoboost) is a Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It is the signature move of Deoxys.
Effect
In Battle
The user attacks the foe at full power. The attack's recoil sharply reduces the user's Sp. Atk stat.

After this move, the user is more easily startled.
Super Contests
Earn +3 if the that just went hit max voltage.
