Psych Up (じこあんじ Self-suggest) is a Normal-type move introduced in Generation II. Psych Up does not cause any damage to the opponent, but it does copy the negative and positive Statistic changes. Statistics such as Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Accuracy and Accuracy are copied and used on the Pokémon using the move.

Effect
