Preschooler is a Trainer Class introduced in Generation V. They are young children who seem to be between 3–6 years old. They are mostly found near playgrounds and Nursery Aides in Black and White, and often in Route 3 in X and Y. The Pokémon they use are usually Normal-types or younger stages of a Pokémon.

Trivia
- They are somewhat similar to Twins, but do not always battle in Double battles.
- They can be considered younger versions of School Kids.
- In Pokémon Black and White, two Preschoolers battle you and Cheren because of a request from Alder.
