Power Plant is a place in Kanto south of Route 10. The player must have HM03 Surf to go to this place. This place has two Pokéballs that contain an Electrode which means if your Pokémon are weak, be careful which Pokéballs you get if you collect them. This is one of the first places in Kanto where you can get a Legendary Pokemon. At the end of the plant, by the back enterance, resides Zapdos.
