A protected page is an article on the Pokémon Encyclopedia that can not be edited by non-admin users. Usually, only pages of utmost importance are protected, as protecting a page generally goes against the ideas of a wiki (that every page should be editable by anyone). Sometimes, pages are also temporarily protected if they are being repeatedly vandalised.

Any admin or sysop can easily protect or unprotect a page. To request the unprotection of page, you can contact Jellochuu or any other admin, although they may not be as active.
