The Pokémon storage system is a feature on the PC, which is found in any Pokémon Center or other locations such as the Day-Care. It was created by Bill and Lanette, (Lanette appears in Generation III) and it was referred to as Bill's PC until Generation III. In Generation IV, a girl/woman called Bebe takes care of them. In Gen. V a girl in Striaton town who is also Fennel's friend who is Amanita owns the PC system.
