In the second round, The Coordinators battle with others to beat each other and get rated by the judges to see how graceful the Pokémon did. Example: A Snorlax would most likely not win because it is not very graceful. The battle ends when the five minutes pass and the Coordinator that has the least of the circle loses. And before the time ends, if the circle is out before the five minutes is up the one with the circle out first loses. In addition, if a Coordinator's Pokémon get knocked out/are unable to battle then victory goes to the Coordinator whose Pokémon haven't been knocked out. |

Revision as of 19:53, 20 January 2016
Pokémon Contests are a type of competition that Coordinators enter in. Winners of these contests are awarded with ribbons. In Pokèmon versions Diamond, Pearl and Emerald, it is referred to as Super Contests, and in Pokémon versions Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, it is referred to as Contest Spectaculars. After a Coordinator recieves a total of five ribbons of a region, they are allowed to enter that region's Grand Festival.
In these competitions, it is about showing off the Coordinator's beauty and style instead of pure power.
