Pokémon Contests are a type of competition held in Contest Halls. In a Pokémon Contest, there are two parts. The first part has the Coordinator making their Pokémon demonstrate its moves. During this, the judges, usually Sukizo, Contesta, and a Nurse Joy, score the Coordinator. The second part is the battle, where two Coordinators must battle while still remaining stylish. The battle ends after a Pokémon is unable to battle, five minutes is over, or when a Coordinator loses all of his or her points.
