The in-game VS. Artwork of a Male Pokémon Breeder that appears in Pokémon X and Y.
Pokémon Breeder is a Trainer Class introduced in Generation III. They are trainers who nurse Pokémon from birth and guide their growth. They also breed Pokémon to pass on specific traits that they want the offspring to have and try to understand how Pokémon learn and grow.
