The Poké Radar is an item in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum that allows the user to encounter Pokémon that are usually not found in that area without the Poké Radar. The Poké Radar can be obtained from Professor Oak after seeing all 150 (210 in Platinum) Sinnoh Pokémon in your Pokédex.
