Pokémon Wiki:Requests for User Rights

Template:Request for User Rights Archive This is the page where users can request Administrator and Rollback rights and vote on other users who are requesting rights. Please read the following regulations and instructions completely before voting or placing a request.

In the event that an Administrator or Rollback is being unruly or breaking the rules, a request for their demotion may be placed below in the Requests for demotion header. The same voting rules apply for this as well. The vote totals required for their demotion remain the same as those for promotions as well.

Before you post your request, the administration asks that you read this blog so that you know what conditions an admin must undergo.

When you add a comment or a vote, please do not use word bubbles, as the numbering will get messed up. If word bubbles are used, it will have the template coding removed to regular coding and the unsigned template will be used in place of a signature.

Rules and Regulations

Upon your request, it will be discussed among community members for a period of two weeks.** After the time has expired, the user's request will be reviewed and a discussion may be held between all active administrators. If the request is denied, you are prohibited from requesting adminship or rollback rights for thirty days.* And remember, when voting or requesting rights, your signature must be in this format: --[[User:Username|Username]] ([[User talk:Username|talk]]) ~~~~~

Requirements for Requesting Rights

You should not have a ban history.*
You should not be be less than a month old.
You must edit mainspace regularly.
You may self-nominate, but do so with discretion.
You must add an explanation of why you deserve administrative or rollback rights.

Requirements for Voting

You must be over two weeks old on the wiki.
You must provide a reason for your vote.
You must not have a ban history on the wiki.
Your vote must not be biased.*
You must have over 100 mainspace edits.

Requirements for Rollback

You must be at least one month old on the wiki.
You must have at least 400 mainspace edits.
You must not have a ban history.*
You must gain +4 votes in your favour by the end of the request.

Requirements for Administrator

You must be at least four months old on the wiki.
You must have rollback rights before requesting administrator rights.
You must have at least 500 mainspace edits.
You must not have a ban history.*
You must gain +6 votes in your favour by the end of the request.

Your recent attitude towards Jäzzi has forced me to do this. Your messages towards her are bordering on harassment and that shows that you have had a serious lapse in judgement. You have caused many arguments that have spilled into the Chat, an action which is unacceptable, making the whole wiki look bad, including our judgement to make you an administrator. Your messages towards Jäzzi have caused both her and me stress. I believe you are no longer fit to be an administrator.

Support: I'm sorry, I'm no longer sure if you are ready for Admin ship. An admin is saposed to be calm, look at the problems of others, and set an example for others. You did not do any of these, and just over a simple case of undoing edits. --CXXX 22:40, September 9, 2011 (UTC)

Strong Support: You've gone from the point of a simple argument, to harassment. I asked you twice to stop messaging me, and at the point where you persisted, you crossed the line into harassment. You've let your rights get to your head. I have my reasons for acting the way I do, and believe me, I'm trying to fix it. I'm under a damn lot of stress as of late and your complete lack of civility disgusts me. Crimson knows why I've been acting the way I'm acting. If you had any idea of what I've been through, you'd know why I argue a lot. You have got me to the point of crying, you have got me to the point of self injury. Strong Oppose: Look, just because he's been having arguments with Jäzzi, its obviously going both ways, I don't mean to be mean to anyone, but if anyone should get a demotion, both of you should. Look, just because Jäzzi has personal issues, so do I, I've fallen into a deep depression, I've been to hell and back, and I'm still dealing with hell outside of wiki life, but I maintain a positive attitude toward other users. It is not like we are actually talking, we are typing, when you are typing, you have no excuse to be mean, especially if your an admin. You can judge whether your mean or not, and obviously Jäzzi and Tech are both doing this. They are both insulting, harassing and creating an un-friendly environment. Just because Jäzzi has personal issues, she doesn't need to be her attitude here, because, obviously she CAN help what she's saying, as she can check over what she is saying, which she is failing to do. Also, who ever said Tech doesn't have personal issues? No one asked him. Comment: I don't plan on commenting too much on this, but I do want to say that Crimson is allowing Jazzi to do whatever she wants just because she has personal issues in real life. A wiki is a website to provide information to people, not to fight and do irrelevant things that aren't related whatsoever. If anything it is the opposite. I ask Jazzi one thing, and then I get accused of questioning and harassment. Also it is a bit obvious that this was a canvassed vote as the user and Jazzi are both best friends on Zeldapedia. Comment: CXXX - This demotion was made because of a little issue I had with Jazzi, if you were to put it that way, I am not even as active as I would like to be, how am I not calm? Crimson has favored Jazzi because Jazzi respects him. I mean in chat she called me "an arrogant prick" (even though she made those chat policies to not use cuss words) and Crimson allowed it. She even admitted to fighting with people because "it's her nature". I mean look at EvanF. He was a really great editor and because of her, he was banned, because she loves fighting with people. Comment: Bullet, I have to give you props, not because you opposed it, but because you just said what I am trying to explain. I couldn't say it any better. Comment: I called you an arrogant prick because quite frankly, you have been acting that way for a while now.

And when I said it's "in my nature" I meant my nature to defend myself in front of people who are clearly tearing down the progress I've made with my depression. I've been cyber bullied, twice. I have attempted suicide over those incidents. Excuse me for defending myself when I'd much rather not get to the point where I actually die.

And at the point you were at yesterday, you were harassing me, I asked you twice to stop messaging me, and you persisted.

Now, on the topic of Minish voting in this demotion request, I have vented in the Zelda channel because I have friends there, friends who know what goes on in my personal life. Actual friends who aren't afraid to say when I'm wrong. They both have read the conversations that have gone on between us, and they had some strong thoughts on how you were treating. Check his talk page on Zeldapedia for any evidence that I've told him to vote support in this demotion request.

When someone gets promoted to admin, the people who voted for them do not want to regret the vote. I've regretted my vote for a while.

I've gotten to the point where I've cried, and I've gotten to the point where I committed self-injury, I have gotten to the point where I threatened to commit suicide and was only stopped because a lost friend convinced me otherwise. I have a hell of a lot of issues, and I maintain a positive attitude, Tech has a hell of a lot of issues, and same for him. Comment:I agree with Bullet and Tech, Jazzi does fight with people, but this doesn't need to have a demotion maybe jazzi and tech can try to settle the argument. Tech and Jazzi can just not contact each other. The other admins should help settle the problem. If it still continues then the demotion may go on.
