Pidgey

Pidgey is a small bird Pokémon and can be found almost anywhere in the Kanto region. It is very common in forests and woods. Peaceable by nature, it is also one of the gentlest and easiest birds to capture. When on the ground, Pidgey flaps its wings to kick up sand and dust that blinds its opponents. It has an excellent sense of direction. Its natural food is small bugs. It evolves into Pidgeotto at Level 18.All Pidgey are voiced by Megumi Hayashibara in both Japanese and English.
