Pheobe is the 2nd member of the Hoenn Elite Four. She specializes in using Ghost-type Pokémon.

Appearance

Phoebe is a young girl with short black hair and blue eyes, with two red flowers that cover the sides of her head. She wears a blue two-piece dress complete with a tube top bra, that has white flowers and a Pokémon logo on it. Phoebe also wears a red ankle bracelet on her left leg.

Personality

She is a strong trainer who cares deeply about bonds with Ghost-type Pokémon. Much like her choice of Pokémon, Phoebe displays a cheerful and fun-loving personality which may explain why she seems younger than the other members.

Phoebe resembles a tropical hula dancer.
Phoebe may be based on Polynesian/South East Asian spirit channellers or shaman, as such places are rich in lore of deeply spiritual and otherworldly affairs, from Hawaiian nightwalkers to Malaysian demons.
Her name may based on the word "Phobia".
Phoebe has the most revealing outfit of all the female Elite Four members.
