Pheobe (Japanese:フヨウ Fuyou) is the 2nd member of the Hoenn Elite Four. She specializes in using Ghost-type Pokémon.

Appearance

She is a young girl with short black hair and blue eyes, with 2 red flowers that cover the sides of her head. She wears a blue 2 piece dress, that has white flowers and white Pokemon logo on it. She also has on a red ankle bracelet on her left leg.

Personality

She is a strong trainer who cares deeply about bonds with Ghost-type Pokémon.
