Appearance
Phanpy is light-blue in color with red pads on its big ears. It most closely resembles an elephant. Its feet have one toe each.

Phanpy is an elephant-like Pokémon that evolves at level 25 into a Donphan. Phanpy was first introduced in the Pokémon Gold and Silver versions and is a Ground type Pokémon.
Phanpy is Pokémon number 231 in the National-Dex in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.
