Paul's Nidoking was a Pokemon that Paul used to battle Brandon in A Pyramiding Rage. He fought Brandon's Registeel and was shown to be quite powerful, enduring Registeel's Flash Cannon without taking much damage and landing three blows on the legendary Pokemon (four if Double Kick counts as two separate hits). Brandon was surprised at Nidoking's power, however Registeel endured all the attacks and defeated Nidoking with Iron Head.
