Trivia
- Panpour was revealed on a leaked image along with Pansage and Pansear on September 4, 2010. It officially revealed on the October issue of Coro Coro on September 11, 2010.
- The tuft of hair atop Panpour's head is shaped like a ripple of water.
Origin
Panpour is based on a monkey and a fountain. Along with the other elemental monkeys, it seems to be based on the Three Wise Monkeys, with Panpour representing "see no evil" by having its eyes closed.
Etymology
Panpour's English name may be an amalgamation of the words Pan (a name shared by the genus of Chimpanzees) and "pour".
