Palm Hills is an anime-exclusive location in the Johto Region, more specifically between New Bark Town and Cherrygrove City. It is a resort town, with resort houses, pools, etc.

In the anime, Ash and Co. stopped here and met Madame Muchmoney and her Snubbull, who frequently ran away from her due to being restricted from adventure and freedom. Upon meeting Team Rocket, her Snubbull ran along with them to bite Meowth's tail. After Snubbull evolved into a Granbull, Madame Muchmoney tracked it down and promised it more freedom and adventure, convincing Granbull to return with her.
