This is the page where users can request Administrator and Rollback rights and vote on other users who are requesting rights. Please read the following regulations and instructions completely before voting or placing a request.

To find the history of all the Bureaus, Admins, Rollback and Chat Mods. Click here.

In the event that an Administrator or Rollback is being unruly or breaking the rules, a request for their demotion may be placed below in the Requests for demotion header. The same voting rules apply for this as well. The vote totals required for their demotion remain the same as those for promotions as well.

When you add a comment or a vote, please do not use word bubbles, as the numbering will get messed up. If word bubbles are used, it will have the template coding removed to regular coding and the unsigned template will be used in place of a signature.

Requests for Demotion

Nectaria (Admin)

— Nectaria Talk Contributions Edit Count
She hasn't been on for a year and hasn't logged in since. I want to also call for a new policy too were we demote someone who hasn't been on here for over a year. The user would get a message from a member of staff here, telling them that a year is nearing since they last edited and if they don't edit once the year mark has passed, they are demoted. They may have their rights back but they have to go through the whole process again and by having this policy, it shows that we have an active team at the wiki, ready to answer questions and solve problems.

Support Support: I don't know too much about when poele log on and stuff, but from what I'm hearing, I think this needs to be done. This can open up a spot for a new user to becaome an Administrator, not for one who hasn't contributed in a year. --Mario101luigi202peach404 12:06, May 16, 2016 (UTC)

Comments

Comment Comment: Someone may want to message her on her talk page regarding this (I know Ellis messaged her last month, not sure if she'll see our messages but we might as well). --Shockstorm (talk) 16:04, May 17, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: X has sent a message, but I highly doubt she will reply back. Ellis99 Volcanion 11:22, May 21, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: The policy doesn't exist right now, right? So I think she should not be demoted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Utkar22 (talkcontribs)
Comment Comment: This can be developed into being a policy. Ellis99 Volcanion 11:54, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: There isn't a policy currently. So ill stick to no. Utkar22 11:56, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: The reason why I brought it is to make it into policy too. Ellis99 Volcanion 11:58, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: Have you made a request for the creation of the policy? Utkar22 11:59, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: I could ask X but I want this request to trigger a debate on the subject. Ellis99 Volcanion 12:02, May 27, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: The policy might be a nice thing to have indeed.--Lordranged7 (talk) 07:46, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: A year without editing, making a message at talk page and then the request can start. That's my proposition, for anyone that holds any special user rights (patroller, moderator, administrator). Energy X 08:10, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
Comment Comment: All of those requirements have been met. Ellis99 Volcanion 08:15, May 28, 2016 (UTC)
