This is the page where users can request Administrator and Rollback rights and vote on other users who are requesting rights. Please read the following regulations and instructions completely before voting or placing a request.

To find the history of all the Bureaus, Admins, Rollback and Chat Mods. Click here.

In the event that an Administrator or Rollback is being unruly or breaking the rules, a request for their demotion may be placed below in the Requests for demotion header. The same voting rules apply for this as well. The vote totals required for their demotion remain the same as those for promotions as well.

When you add a comment or a vote, please do not use word bubbles, as the numbering will get messed up. If word bubbles are used, it will have the template coding removed to regular coding and the unsigned template will be used in place of a signature.

ThePokémonGamer (Content Moderator)

— ThePokémonGamer Talk Contributions Edit Count
Ellis99 suggested over a year ago that I should wait months later to request Content Moderator, so this is long overdue. Sorry if this explanation is long, but I'll need to include as much relevant information as possible. I have no block history on this wiki, and I know how page deletion and page protection lengths work. I am admin on a few other wikis, so I know how to use features like protect and delete, and the two other Content Moderators Ellis99 and Rachin123 haven't been active for a few months. This may be best for me when I have to delete images copied from Bulbapedia, and deleting pages created merely for vandalism such as some page spam I've tagged for deletion and it was deleted soon after, or to delete pages or images I make by mistake (because that tends to happen with me sometimes), so I can get them deleted right away, or when I have to rename pages from Hepburn romanization to English based romanization for anime characters, while leaving their Hepburn names in the infobox without leaving a redirect. As for page protection, I know not to protect a page unless it's multiple users posting speculation or vandalizing, or committing sock puppetry and edit wars, and that we should give a warning or based on the situation, have the user blocked if it's just one user (I know Content Mod isn't chat mod, nor does it have block features, but I know how to determine block lengths on this wiki for the admins in case anything comes up where another user needs to be blocked), and it's the rank just below admin therefore it has many admin features along with it, so I think it's time for me to request Content Mod now, and mainly so I can use it to delete unneeded things like Bulb images, or links to illegal copyrighted content such as ROM's or full anime episodes, although I know the latter doesn't usually occur. And last, I'll be able to change the names of images for misnamed images or if the gallery is good enough, but there's more images that other users believe could be added in order, or when the dub name of an anime character is revealed through the episode on Watch Disney XD. You can vote on this below.

Support Support: Well, since you know what you're doing when it comes to translating from Japan to English and taking away images that exist on Bulba, sure. I don't see why not.--Jokeman20 (talk) 00:05, May 28, 2017 (UTC)
Support Support: As I have seen the work that you do here, I can tell that you have great knowledge about the subject and know how you would be able to do better with enhanced rights. That is also why I would trust you with these improved user rights. Misch60 (talk) 08:07, May 29, 2017 (UTC)
Support Support: Based on your contributions, it's safe to say that you are helpful in this wiki. You even know what you are doing whether you're translating foreign language to English or when you are removing Bulbapedia/duplicate images too. For these reasons, this is why you are suited for this rank. bird #1 girl in the world! 20:27, May 29, 2017 (UTC)
