Own Tempo (Japanese: マイペース, Hepburn: Mai Peesu) is an ability introduced in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire.
Effects
Own Tempo prevents the Pokémon from being confused, even if it the confusion is self-inflicted (for example eating an Iapapa Berry or using Outrage). If a Pokémon that is confused receives Own Tempo as its ability (such as through Skill Swap), it will be cured of its confusion. If a Pokémon with Own Tempo or a Pokémon that received Own Tempo through Trace receives confusion through Baton Pass it will be cured of its confusion after a turn has passed. If a Pokémon with Own Tempo is confused and is holding a Persim Berry or a Lum Berry, the berry will be eaten before Own Tempo activates. Own Tempo also prevents the Pokémon's attack being lowered from Intimidate. Rockruff with Own Tempo can evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc.
Pokémon
There are 21 Pokémon that can have Own Tempo; 15 of which can have it naturally, 5 have it as a Hidden Ability, and 1 has it as a special ability.
