Overheat is a damaging Fire-type move introduced in Generation III. The user fires tremendous infernos at the opponent, inflict Solemn amounts of damage. However, it harshly lowers the user's strong Fire type Pokémon.
This attack pairs well with the White Herb, allowing one more full-power Overheat.
