Outrage (げきりん Imperial Rage) is one of the most powerful Dragon-type moves. Once its used, the user is unable to switch out or use another move for the next 2-3 turns. After that, the user become confused.
Outrage is also known to be a Dragon-type version of Thrash.
Effect
In Battle
The user rampages and attacks for two to three turns. However, it then becomes confused.

Jams the others, and misses one turn of appeals.
