Oralie is a member of the B-Button League. Her older sister's name is Haley, also a member of the B-Botton League. She callenges Dawn's Piplup and wins by using tackle.

Oralie's Magikarp battled against Dawn's Piplup. It defeated Piplup by using Tackle. Ash battled her Magikarp as well with Pikachu but the battle never finished as Team Rocket interfered.
