Generation IV	An ancient good-luck charm made of Pokémon bones to be taken to the elder of Celestic Town.
Generation V	Doesn't appear in this generation.

The Old Charm is an item currently exclusive to the Generation IV games thats only purpose is to be given to Cynthia's grandmother in Celestic Town.

How to Obtain

• D/P/Pt: Given by Cynthia after you get rid of the Psyducks at Route 210.
